Abstract

This dataset is part of a whole-brain imaging experiment describing the expression of Cre or FlpO recombinase in various regions of the brain from various newly-generated knock-in lines (D1-Cre, A2a-Cre, D1-FlpO, A2a-FlpO, DAT-FlpO). Knock-in recombinse lines were crosses to fluorescent reporter lines (e.g., Ai9) and then animals were perfused and imaged using fluorescent microscopy. Coronal and/or sagittal sections are present for each line to visualize brain-wide expression of the recombinase activity.
