Abstract

The dataset comprises immunofluorescence images stained for MAP2, pS129-alpha-synuclein, NeuN, and DAPI. Neurons were induced to develop synuclein pathology by seeding with mouse alpha-synuclein preformed fibrils (mPFFs). Various kinase inhibitors were screened to identify kinases regulating neuronal vulnerability to synuclein inclusion formation. The inhibitors were tested at three different concentrations to evaluate their effect on mPFF-induced synuclein aggregation, as measured by the area covered by pS129-alpha-synuclein signal
