Abstract:
Retinogeniculate synapses imaged using STORM microscope from P2 to P8. CTB-488 was injected one day prior to data collection. Main data is in the STORM_merged subfolders. In subfolder of each sample: STORM_merged: merged super-resolution images of VGluT2, Bassoon, and Homer123; Conv_merged: 3-color conventional images; Conv_488: conventional CTB-488 images. Storm_561_488: the blue channel is CTB-488 super-resolution.
